A place to slow down, breathe and connect
Inner Chapel is a place to settle into stillness and make room for the Holy Spirit to speak to you in your own way.
What happens in a session
We begin in prayer. Every session opens by inviting God and the Holy Spirit into our time together.
We move into stillness. Through gentle, guided relaxation, we’ll get your mind quiet so you can listen to - God, the Holy Spirit, the Saints, and the Angels through your own experience.
We turn insight into steps. Coaching helps you carry what you receive into your relationships, your work, your business, and your calling, with accountability that is steady and kind.
About Scott
There was a stretch of years when I walked away from my faith. I did not stop believing so much as I stopped listening.
What brought me back was a coach. She asked good questions, held a steady space, and helped me become a better person and reconnect with the spirituality I had set down. That experience changed the direction of my life, and it is the reason I became a coach myself.
A little more about me
I am a practicing Catholic, and I welcome people of every spiritual path.
I have studied many forms of spirituality over the years and approach each with respect.
I'm an engineer by training, so I bring a grounded, practical approach to sessions.
I am a Third Degree Knight of Columbus.
I am naturally intuitive. I hold what I sense with humility, bring it to prayer, and offer it only as an invitation for you to consider, never as a pronouncement.

What I am not
I am not a priest, a pastor, or a religious authority, and I am not a clinical mental health provider. If something you bring needs a priest or a licensed counselor, I will gladly point you to the right person and keep walking with you where it is appropriate.
