What is a life coach?

A life coach is a trained partner who helps you get clear about what you want, make decisions, and take steady steps toward it. I listen closely, ask questions that help you see more clearly, and hold you accountable to your goals. I do not give orders or tell you what to do.
What do you mean by “Holy Spirit Led”?

I connect with God and the Holy Spirit with you at the beginning of every session and I invite them into our time together. My goal is to get out of the way so that you can have your own connection with God and the Holy Spirit. I am not a religious authority, and I do not speak for God. I help you listen, discern and deepen your own connection.
How does a session work?

Sessions are 50 minutes over Zoom. We open in prayer, talk about what you are carrying, and, if you choose, move into connection with the Holy Spirit. We then work together on discerning any topic or issue you bring to the session and developing actions to take.
What will I get out of a session?

Most folks come seeking a deeper connection with God and the Holy Spirit, stronger discernment, more peace, and clarity about their choices and purpose. Every person's experience is different. Most leave a session feeling more peaceful, empowered, and connected. The end goal is that you will not need someone like me to help you connect and discern.

What if I miss a session?

I prefer 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session but also know that life happens. The first missed appointment will be rescheduled. After that, missed appointments will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
Why do you offer group sessions?

Group sessions are a great way to experience how I work. I also find it amazing how questions from individuals usually impact the entire group. Group experience are usually by donation and typically one time per month on a Saturday.
Is what I share confidential?

Do I need to be Catholic or Christian to work with you?

I work with anyone who is open to a deeper relationship with God through the Holy Spirit and connection with your Guardian Angels.
