What I collect

When you book a session. I use Acuity Scheduling to manage appointments. When you book, you share your name, email address, and the time you choose. You may also share a phone number or answers to intake questions. Payment is handled by a secure payment processor, and I never see or store your full card details.

When you contact me. If you email me or send a message through the website, I receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write.

When you join my email list. If you sign up for updates, I collect your name and email address so I can send specials, reflections, news about group sessions, and occasional offers.

When you visit the website. Like most websites, this one uses basic analytics and cookies to learn how many people visit and which pages they find helpful. This information is general and does not identify you personally.

How I use it

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your sessions

What you share in a session is held in confidence. I only record sessions with your clear permission, and you may ask me to delete a recording at any time.

Inner Chapel offers spiritual coaching and hypnotherapy. It is not medical care or clinical mental health treatment, so please do not share medical records or other clinical information through the website or by email.

Who else handles your information

To run this practice, I rely on a few trusted services:

• Squarespace hosts this website

• Acuity Scheduling manages bookings and reminders

• Zoom hosts our online sessions

• Mailchimp sends my newsletter

• Stripe or Square processes payments

Each has its own privacy practices, and I share only what is needed for them to do their part. I may also share information if required by law.

Testimonials

I share a testimonial only with the written permission of the person who gave it. If you would like yours changed or removed, just let me know.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that help a website work and help me understand how it is used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

How long I keep your information

I keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or tax obligations. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.
