This page explains the terms for using this website and working with me. I have kept it as plain and gentle as I can, but please read it carefully. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

About my services

Inner Chapel offers Holy Spirit-led spiritual coaching, hypnotherapy, and group sessions, all held online over Zoom. Sessions are meant to support your spiritual growth, discernment, clarity, and peace.

What my services are not

• Not medical or mental health care. I am a certified coach and hypnotherapist, not a physician, psychologist, or licensed therapist. My services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you are under the care of a doctor or therapist, please continue that care. If I believe a concern is clinical, I will gently refer you to a qualified professional.

• Not clergy or religious authority. I am a Catholic layperson, not a priest, pastor, or spiritual director in any official capacity. I welcome people of all spiritual practices, but I do not offer sacramental guidance or rulings on matters of doctrine. For questions of faith that call for a priest, I will encourage you to seek one.

• Not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, please do not wait for a session. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 in an emergency.

About hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy in my practice is a gentle, relaxed state of focused attention used to deepen prayer and connection with God. It is always voluntary, and you remain aware and in control throughout. You may decline hypnotherapy at any time and still receive coaching.

Please let me know before we begin if you have a history of seizures, psychosis, or serious mental health conditions, or if you are pregnant or under a doctor’s care for something that may affect you. Hypnotherapy may not be appropriate in some cases. Please do not join a session while driving or operating machinery.

No guarantees

Every person’s journey is their own. I can offer presence, tools, and accountability, but I cannot promise any particular result, whether spiritual, emotional, financial, relational, or professional. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions. Testimonials on this site reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience.

Booking, payment, and refunds

• One-on-one sessions are 50 minutes and are booked through Acuity Scheduling. Prices are listed on the website at the time of booking.

• Packages (such as two sessions per month) are paid in advance.

• Group sessions are offered by donation or listed pricing.

• Rescheduling and cancellations. Please give at least [24] hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed sessions are accepted the first time and treated case-by-case after.

• Refunds. Your satisfaction matters to me. If you are not satisfied with your session, contact me within 30 days and I will refund your payment in full.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you are 18 or older, that the information you share with me is truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that you will join sessions from a private place where you feel safe. Please do not record sessions without my written permission.

Confidentiality

What you share with me is held in confidence, as described on my Privacy Policy page. The only exceptions are when disclosure is required by law, or when I believe someone is in serious and immediate danger.

Website content and ownership

Everything on this site, including the writing, audio, images, and logo, belongs to Inner Chapel and may not be copied, sold, or shared without my written permission. You are welcome to share links to my pages. Any audio recordings, meditations, or written materials I provide are for your personal use only.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites and services, such as Zoom and Acuity Scheduling. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inner Chapel and I are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or my services. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own life. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law.

Changes to these terms

I may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws within the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
