Before we begin
Sessions take place over Zoom and last 50 minutes. You only need a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and speak freely.
The first ten minutes: settling in
We start gently. I give you a quick overview of how the session will flow and answer any questions you have about the process. Then I open with a prayer, inviting God and the Holy Spirit into our time together. My role is to get out of the way and let you have your own connection with the Divine.
After the prayer, I share an immediate message from your Guardian Angels. Many clients tell me this is a favorite moment, because it often speaks directly to what is on their heart before they have said a word.
The heart of the session: your life, your guidance
Next, we talk about what is going on for you. It might be a decision you’re weighing, a season of life that feels uncertain, or a longing for a deeper relationship with God. There is no agenda you need to arrive with.
From there, I help you connect with your own guidance and discern the messages you receive. Then we turn it into coaching: what are the next steps, and how do you take them with clarity and peace?
Hypnotherapy: only by invitation
Hypnotherapy is part of my practice, but I use it sparingly, and I will always ask whether it’s okay before we go there. You never have to receive it, and you can say no at any time.
If you say yes, you can sit or lie down, whichever feels best. You’ll close your eyes and settle into a deeply relaxed state. It isn’t about giving up control or being told what to believe. It’s simply a tool to help you relax so you can connect with God, the Holy Spirit, and your guiding angels and have your own experience of them.
